I've learned that watching motivational videos isn't the same as being motivated. Watching videos about working hard isn’t the same as working hard. At some point, the point of watching Gary Vee, or David Goggins, is to turn off their content. They want to see you achieve much more than they want you to sit, motivated while doing nothing else.
Like I’ve mentioned before: it’s not that we can do what we set our minds to, but that we already do what we set our minds to. I remind myself to close that tab, turn up the music, and get to work.
